The lecture was held in the form of a dialogue. The Archbishop encouraged the attending audience to express their opinions and offered them to engage in a discussion.
The first part of the meeting started with active involvement of the audience. They expressed their viewpoint in relation to the question “What is freedom?” In the second part of the meeting the Archbishop discussed their opinions. As stated by him, there cannot be complete freedom in the universe. The only one who has complete freedom is the God. In addition, he placed emphasis on real and pseudo freedom, discussed the differences between them and mentioned that we can obtain freedom only if we preserve The Ten Commandments.
Besides Caucasus International University administration and students pupils from five schools also attended the lecture.
Tengiz Donadze, Deputy Chancellor gave a memorable gift to the Archbishop and the latter presented a number of books to the university. We would like to remind you that Archbishop Stephan of Tsageri and Lentekhi is an Honorable Doctor of Caucasus International University.
