Life-Long Learning Service, within the framework of TEMPUS project CruiseT and Tourism Regional Development Centre of Business faculty, is pleased to offer a training course “Food and Beverage Quality Management in Tourism”.
Target group: the course is designed for specialists working in the sphere of tourism and for individuals employed by hotels, restaurants, food realization chains and local government.
The course aims at: providing information about food and beverage safety and quality criteria, classification marks, factors effecting quality, and storage conditions for separate items.
