The event was opened by the welcome speech of Rector of Caucasus International University - Kakhaber Kordzaia, Deputy Supervisor of European Commission - Boris Iarochevitch and Head of Department for Innovation and Strategic Development of Caucasus International University, Director of Caucasus Institute for Regional Security - Alexander Rusetsky. The moderator of the meeting was Professor - Tamar Kiknadze.

At the end of the meeting was held a presentation of N. Gogol Institute of Ukrainian Studies which was presented by Assistant Rector of Caucasus International University, Ukraine-Georgia Research Center Coordinator of Caucasus Institute for Regional Security -Nana Parinos.
