A panel discussion will be held on the topic: “The Idea of Secularism in Georgia - Legal and Theological Context” at the initiative of CIU Faculties of Law and Social Sciences on April 10, at 12:00 p.m.
The panel discussion refers to the normative categories describing the constitutional principle of secularism and reviews the relevant theological aspects related to the same topic. The mentioned issue will be presented taking into account the Georgian constitutional order (domestic constitutional characteristics) and comparative-legal perspectives.
