From March 10–14, Giorgi Kakashvili, Professor of the Faculty of Business and Technology at Caucasus International University and Head of the Undergraduate Programs in Information Technology offered in Georgian and English languages, visited Šiauliai State College (Šiaulių Valstybinė Kolegija) in Lithuania within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program.
During the visit, Giorgi Kakashvili met with the representatives of the International Relations Office at the College to discuss opportunities for student mobility. Additionally, he delivered an 8-hour training session titled “Everyday AI: Bridging the Gap Between People and Technology”. Furthermore, Kakashvili held a meeting with professors from the Faculty of Business and Technology, where both sides shared their experiences.
Towards the end of the visit, Giorgi Kakashvili was awarded a certificate by the college administration.
It is noteworthy that such visits within the framework of ERASMUS+ program help strengthen cooperation between the universities, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and play a crucial role in the development of the academic community and international partnerships.
